| TARGET Archaeological Geophysics is an independent consultancy with over thirty years experience in commercial and research archaeological geophysics. We specialise in non-invasive strategies for archaeological site evaluation, and undertake surveys on behalf of the National Roads Authority, environmental agencies, architects, engineers, planners, property developers, archaeological consultants and conservation bodies. Our services are used at the outset of planning applications and archaeological works to assist developers and archaeologists in the effective management of archaeological issues attached to development project designs. Through precision geophysical mapping and reconnaissance survey we enable clients to assess the feasibility and scheduling of development designs, and inform on strategies for subsequent testing or excavation by archaeologists.
